So not fair
Just got a message on my cell phone from my sister, who attends school in NYC, saying she was en route to a party being thrown for the RNC delegates, at which, according to her “famous people including some of your facist republican friends and figures” are going to be attending.
Not fair–not fair at all! I’m the Republican in the family, and I don’t get this privledge! (Then again, I was invited to two events, but I didn’t want to schlepp into the city for them–but still)
Why would she want to go anyway?-although free food usually is a draw.

Probably because she was invited by one of her good friends at school…and after all, this is my sister…she’d never pass up an oppertunity for a party.

in 2000, when the RNC was in Philly, I crashed a party hosted by none other than the frothy mixture himself, Sen. Rick Santorum. Let me tell you, the free food and beer were flowing. God bless the frothy mixture!

Santorum–before the fame–wow!
And now really, who is going to pass up free fancy food and booze?
(Though my sister better not have consumed any alcohol as she’s under 21–and I’m filling my role as over protective older brother).
