		<description>I think this is just a ploy by the democrats to file lawsuits against absentee ballots.  The 2000 Bush v. Gore decision stated that all ballots had to be treated equally (equal protection clause).  Lawyers for the dems are going to claim that these ballots are different from the ballots people used in the regular election and by that reasoning get them thrown out.</description>
