Quick border thoughts
Quick thoughts on the border side of the immigration debate (ignoring the immigration part):
–Our country needs to secure it’s borders–the northern and southern land ones especially
–We also need to secure our port based borders–airports and seaports
–ICE and the State Dept. need to get their act together when it comes to visas and background screening and entry into the nation.
–Why aren’t we already enforcing the current visa laws on the book?
–What probably needs done is a shakeup of ICE (and some other related members of the alphabet soup in the DHS)—government, shake-up and efficiency, –alas…wishful thinking..
