Ex-revisionist shuts down revisionist
Benny Morris, a “father” of the school of “Post-Zionism” uses historical facts and accuracy to take down Tom Segev’s latest book.

Despite the fact that I often disagree with many of the (Domestic) political viewpoints expressed in the pages of TNR, their coverage of Israel is almost always on point. Articles like this are just an example of it.
TNR is annoying. It’s one of the only periodicals I bother to pay for because they do have so much quality stuff behind the subscription wall, but things like the Beauchamp fiasco have me re-thinking whether I’ll want to keep giving them money. I don’t read the whole thing but instead go straight for the stories that look interesting, so it could be a lot worse (or better) situation than I think.
