It pours
Beautiful weather this morning–if thunder, lightning and torrential downpours are your idea of beautiful.
Fortunately, being an early riser, I got to experience the rain itself, and realized walking to the subway was going to be a nightmare, so I opted for a cab.
Turns out I made a good decision in skipping the train, as not only did I make it to the gym only half-drenched, but I missed this morning’s transportation nightmare.
To think that only a few hours later the sun was shining!
One would think however, that after many years the MTA would’ve been able to better plan for the occasional rainstorms like the one today.
