Another one shuts its doors
Another restaurant on Second Avenue in the neighborhood is about to shut its doors. This time its Penang.
Ate there once, but my friends and I weren’t impressed. The extra charge for rice (to accompany a dish) didn’t go over well with us either.
But what is going to take the place of Penang and DTUT?
