Ego Boost

Finished the Fat Loss I workout of New Rules of Lifting today.

Decided to give myself a major challenge as well. Went for a new PR on/in deadlifts.

Pulled 3×10 at 225 with only 30s of rest. Follow that with evil things like Bulgarian Split Squats and the like…
