In a piece of hard hitting “investigative journalism” (yes, sarcasm implied), the NY Post sends a reporter out to examine people’s responses.

My simple opinion on it is: it’s stupid, ugly, and frankly, buy a damn belt and pull your pants up!

So far, so good, make that very good. It’s extremely interesting, and I’m only about a quarter or so of the way through it. Quite fascinating and enlightening, to see, for example, the promenance of corn within our society.

Now, back to this fascinating read.

NYC To build a Medical Mart?

In what would be a potential head-on competition with Cleveland, there’s talk that NYC may be constructing a Medical Mart

Now, should NYC construct one, than Cleveland really shouldn’t bother. Although, Cleveland (or rather Cuyahoga Country) recently raised its sales tax to fund such a project.

No news from any NYC papers (yet) on the idea of constructing a Medical Mart here, but there are some major questions that stand out.

First off, where will it be located? Second, who is going to pay for it? (Hint: The City and State don’t have the funds).

Early BCS Prediction

As of right nomw, a prediction on who will play in the BCS title game. It looks like it’ll be a Big 12-SEC battle. Whomever wins those title games will probably be playing in Miami.
