I'd gotten to about an 8 min/mi on the sidewalks here in the city. (Urban harzard running?) Unfortunately, I had to hang up the running shoes while I resolved some IT band issues and some ankle mobility stuff (which reminds me--I need to follow up with the doc). Running was quite addicting.
