Back from the Bronx
Back from a trip to Yankee Stadium.
The new ballpark seems to lack the mystique/aura/history that the old park had…so it’s not as good. The new park is just that…a new park.
It’s also exorbitantly overpriced. Things like a bag of peanuts for $5, a soda for $6 and a beer for $9?!?!?!?!
Rip-off!
Oh, did I mention how much I dislike the Yankees? So it’s always fun sitting in the stands of a team you can’t stand. Ugh. It made my little brother happy though…
