Well perhaps that’s extending things a bit, but the headline of the article itself read:

Now, as one can learn from books like In Defense of Food, government nutritional “recommendations” are driven less by science than they are lobbying and politics.
What does this mean for children? Will the corn lobby push to keep foods with HFCS in the lunch rooms?
