Craving to Cook
So I’ve found that I’m able to tolerate certain types of beans rather well…so I have been using them as a non-green veggie carbohydrate source in my diet.
(note: I don’t like starchy carbs much at all)
The past few weeks, I’ve been experimenting with a falafel mix from one of the local health food stores (their mix is actually ground yellow split peas but I add in mashed garbanzo beans).
I’m thinking of playing around with some black beans and garbanzo beans. Any good recipie ideas?
I’ve also got a can or two of pumpkin I”m anxious to start using. It’s fall (a/k/a pumpkin season)–and I’ve got a wierd craving for it.
Please help me out with some ideas!
