A sign of what lay ahead
There was no hot water at the gym this morning. And the locker room as usual lacked heat.
This should’ve been a sign.
Got to the office and loaded up the computer. Found an email from our local Medicare contractor–saying that our application update was denied. The reason–it was on the 06/08 form rather than the 07/09 form. Who knew there was another version of the same form> The information on the application wasn’t going to be different anyway!?!?! (Ask me about national healthcare again)
Then the rest of the day stuck me getting interrupted in my work-flow with calls from some more “difficult” patients. *Sigh* It wouldn’t have really been Monday without all this, no?
