Cocaine and Baseball
The Texas Rangers manager was found to have used cocaine during the ’09 season
First things first–why is the MLB testing managers for drugs? Wouldn’t the time/effort be better spent testing the players, who are playing the game for narcotics/PEDs? Is his drug use really going to have that much of an effecft on the outcome of a game (compared ot that of an active players?)
