At the Kosher butcher shop:
Salt-phobe Lady: “Is all your meat salted”
Butcher shop guy: “Yes, of course”
Lady: “Oh, that’s no good then…too much sodium”
Lady to me: “That’s a kosher thing”.
Me: (nods head in acknowledgement)
(Note: All Kosher meat that you’ll find in a butcher is already soaked and salted)
